I was originally scheduled for later in the morning. They asked to move me up to 8:30a which is early but I agreed to help them out. I was 10 minutes late and they refused to provide care. My cleanings are always very fast. It is highly frustrating to try to help someone out and to then get burned. Not sure if I’ll continue going here when our benefits come up for renewal. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Update: I found another provider within my network and have made the switch. I have never before in my life been denied care. What an awful and inconvenient experience!

Dr. Henneberg is an excellent dentist. Staff is friendly. Nice office. No complaints

The best dental visit i have ever had! Staff are customer service driven and focused on providing the best possible dental experience for each patient! Communication was stellar from the front desk to the clincal team.

I waited to give my Google review until today after I had to follow up in person. I have been a patient of this office for 22 years and have not been disappointed until my most recent appointment on January 6th. First of all, the office said that my appointment was adjusted by 30 minutes without telling me (they claimed that they called me but a text confirmation on December 26th had the original time and they never did call). When I went in, I declined an x-ray due to pregnancy and asked to move it to my next appointment. My hygienist also forgot to do the oral cancer screening. The front desk said that they would talk with the office manager who works remotely and get back to me. I wanted to transfer it because I paid a hefty fee for the in house savings plan. I did not hear back from the office and called on January 14th. The person I spoke with said that there was not a note in my file to follow up but they said that they would again ask their office manager. I finally drove in today (over a two hour drive for me) and spoke to them in person. There was an email communication that was never forwarded to me and they said that the services were “use it or lose it” with no flexibil

The office is conveniently located. Parking is easy. The reception area is comfortable and inviting. The office staff is friendly and helpful. It was great to see Dr Henneberg again. He has a professional but personable demeanor that puts me at ease. Good visit.
